Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AARTH CO. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can reach out to feedback@aarthco.com and our Customer Experience Team will revert back to you promptly.

Cancellations:

Refunds are not provided after order cancellation, instead a gift card of the same amount will be issued. Additionally, the refunds are subject to the discretion of Aarth Organics and may change in extraordinary circumstances.

Replacements:

A request for replacement must be initiated within a maximum of 5 days from the day of delivery.

Please attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice and send a mail to aarthco@gmail.com Our Audit team will review and send you a replacement, if applicable, in the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Product Received

  • Item missing from order

  • Expired Product Received (Please attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice)

If you are eligible for a replacement then once we give you the confirmation the order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of Tea we do not accept returns on any products, instead we can replace the same if applicable.
