These Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold through our website [www.aarthco.com]. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are

www.aarthco.com is a website operated by Aarth Organics, based in Siliguri, India. Our registered office is located at: Saradapally, Shivamandir, Siliguri, District – Darjeeling, West Bengal, India, PIN – 734011.

2. Ordering and Dispatch

• Orders can be placed through our website or via phone. Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your order.

• Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation email along with dispatch details.

• For wholesale orders, we often procure items after the order is placed to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Such orders may take 3–5 working days to dispatch. We request advance notice for bulk orders.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund prior to dispatch, including in cases of product unavailability.

3. Prices

• All prices listed on our website are subject to change. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• Prices exclude GST, taxes, and shipping charges. These will be calculated at checkout.

• While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone before processing your order. You may then choose to either proceed by paying the correct price or cancel your order.

• Payment must be made via credit/debit card before dispatch. We accept all major cards.

• For wholesale orders within India, payments may also be made via cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of delivery*. Interest may apply for late payments.

4. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all retail orders received before 12 p.m. IST by the next working day. However, processing may take up to 3 working days under exceptional circumstances.

• Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days across India, subject to the shipping method selected. We will notify you in case of any delays due to out-of-stock items.

• Note: We do not ship CTC Tea outside India due to high shipping costs. For international orders of CTC Tea, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

5. Shelf Life & Storage Conditions

Our tea products have a shelf life of 12 months, thanks to our premium packaging and vacuum sealing.To maximize freshness, please store tea in airtight containers, away from strong odors, moisture, and heat. Store in a cool, dry place. Freezing is not recommended as it may reduce tea quality.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, in response to policy updates, business requirements, or changes in law.

You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your order, unless:

• A change is required by law or a government authority, or

• You are notified of the change before we confirm your order.
